✅ What’s Allowed (No Registry Required):

Open Pod Systems (Hardware) – remain compliant as-is

U.S.-Manufactured E-Liquids – remain compliant as-is

Disposables containing U.S. E-Liquid – remain compliant as-is

🚫🚫 Non-Compliant Products Include:

Closed Pod Systems (Disposables) manufactured in China

Devices shaped like toys, cosmetics, school/tech items, etc.

Products containing or mixed with cannabinoids, alcohol, kratom, kava, mushrooms, or their derivatives

Packaging that mimics kid-friendly or celebrity-related imagery such as fruits and cartoon images
